For over the last 6 weeks I have been dealing with being sick myself and taking care of my kids each getting sick one at a time and over and over. It's been very busy and exhausting. It's made it difficult over the last few weeks to keep up with school work and want to even keep up. I am hoping that things will get better and after the Holiday Season is all over I am hoping to turn a new leaf and keep things under control and on time.
This week is going to be hard because I have to get my rough draft turned in this week so that will be a challenge all it's own since I haven't really even gotten started.
I am a mother of 2 boys 14 and 10, a girl 10 months old and a stepdaughter 13, and stepson 12. I work full-time as an accountant for a brick and tile engraving company that organizes fundraisers for colleges, professional sports teams (like Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs) and small companies and churches. And now I'm a college student with the support of my boyfriend.

Challenges
School is becoming harder for me in the sense of time. When I originally decided to go back to school I had returned to work after having my baby, and a lot of things had changed. Within a few weeks of being back to work they started laying people off because of the recession and even though they didn't lay me off they cut my hours in half. When that happened I realized I needed to start looking for a different job and I started thinking about what area would be good to go in to. That is when I decided that the medical field would be the best, because unfortunately there will always be a need for it. And I also wanted a chance to stay at home with my kids for the few years they had left of school and be a bigger part of my baby girls life.
But shortly after starting school my hours were increased due to someone moving away and I had a lot less time to study and do my homework. So it has been a real challenge to find the time and energy to do what needs to be done. Not to mention dealing with kids getting sick and getting sick myself from the flu. It's frustrating at times and at times I tell myself I'm just going to quit but I know that would be a bad example for my kids and for myself, so I keep trying to push forward.
Fortunately, I do have a wonderful man in my life, who refuses to let me give up and kids who keep telling me I can do it, so for them and myself I will continue.

Plagarism
It seems like to me that nowadays there are alot of people and organizations that are taking credit from or just simply taking away from the ones who deserve it. For instance, YouTube and different free music download sites will put songs on their site that haven't even been released by the artist yet, taking away from that persons paycheck. I have a girl at work that downloaded the new Adam Lambert song for the new movie "2012" off of Limewire and about a week or two later you couldn't download it or even here it on Youtube anymore because the company that produced his album took action to have them shut it down. That too me only seems right because when they do things like that without permission they are taking credit for it and they are taking away from the artist and producers.
Just my opinion.
If it were me, I would be furious.
