Keeping Up!

I am going to write my final paper about obesity and the affects it has on health care.  I was inspired to write about it for my final paper because I thought it would be a good topic and after this weekend I watched a program on TV about people who were as large as 1,000 pounds and desperately needing help to get their weight under control and the affect it was having on their families.  And to imagine the expense it was costing the families and the hospital to get them the surgery and help necessary was unbelievable to me.  Because from what I saw the families didn't look like they had any health care so then you know they are either on some sort of assistance or the hospital is paying for the cost and that still will increase the cost for the others who do.  Anyways, that is going to be my topic and I hope it turns out to be as interesting to everyone else as it is to me.

Monday's

Monday's are always more difficult.  You still haven't gotten the weekend out of your system but you already have to get up early again and start the week over.  You gotta get the kids up for school, get up yourself for work just in time to sit in morning traffic so you can get to work five minutes late.  Then you gotta sit in traffic to get home again.  Though sitting in traffic for me is nothing like someone in L.A. it still feels like such a waste of time when I could be making dinner, studying or helping the kids with their homework.  Ahh, the life and times of a working mother......
